Wilmington in Color Heritage Tour

As followers of Jesus, we honor the diversity of God’s creation and strive to embody the teachings of love, unity, justice, and mercy that Christ personified. We celebrate the resilience, triumphs, and contributions of Black Americans. We also intentionally use this time to recognize and mourn the injustices and painful chapters in our shared past and the losses of the Black community, both past and present.

Starting February 14th, there will be opportunities for us to better understand our city’s wholistic history through “WilmingtoNColor” Heritage Tour.

This shuttle tour connects the past with the present. Guests will see and learn about Green Book Locations, Religious, Educational and Medical Institutions, and more.
