Benevolence Application

At Port City Community Church, we care deeply about you and understand that difficult seasons can arise. Our Benevolence Ministry exists to provide temporary financial assistance and resources to individuals and families within our church community who are facing hardship.

To help us better understand your situation and determine how we can best support you, we invite you to complete this application. For those who are eligible, the form includes approximately 60 questions, covering a variety of topics to ensure we have a full picture of your request.

To be eligible for assistance, individuals must:
  • Consistent Attendance: have consistently attended Sunday gatherings at Port City for the past three months, and

  • Personal Connection: be meaningfully connected in community—through a relationship with a Port City staff member or volunteer, or by actively taking steps to become engaged.
